Rules, 2026. Director Finance, Mr. Baseer Ali Rahman, chaired the meeting, which was attended by Advisor Tax Enforcement, Mr. Fazal Amin Shah, and other KPRA officers, including Deputy Collector Raheel Iqbal, Deputy Director Mian Shahzad Fazal, and Deputy Director Saud Khan Wazir.
The officers deliberated on the proposals and solutions in response to the suggestions given during the committee’s first meeting. A threadbare discussion was held, with each point examined in detail to address potential weaknesses in the rules and ensure they are simple, clear and consistent with the existing KP Sales Tax on Services law. The committee members agreed on the proposed measures and decided to finalise the rules in the next meeting after incorporating the suggested amendments.
