KPRA Consumer Reward Scheme

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) has launched the Consumer Reward Scheme with selected hospitality businesses to encourage customers to request official receipts and support tax compliance.

Under the scheme, consumers who collect and submit valid receipts from eligible businesses are entered into a monthly cash-prize draw. Each receipt counts as one entry, and 50 prizes of Rs. 10,000 are awarded every month.

Ask for a Receipt

Always request an official receipt when paying for services at registered outlets.

Check the Details

Ensure the receipt shows the business name, address, KPRA registration number (NTN), date, and amount.

Submit to Enter

Take a clear photo of the receipt and submit it to the official WhatsApp number 0370-5875801 or scan the QR code below. Each valid receipt submission is treated as one entry in the reward draw.

Win Rewards

Selected participants receive Rs. 10,000, announced at regular intervals during the scheme period.

Terms & Conditions

Rewards and draws. Each selected winner will receive a cash reward of PKR 10,000. Prize draws will be held monthly, with fifty (50) winners selected in each draw.
Required information on the receipt. To be eligible for entry in the reward scheme, a submitted receipt must clearly and legibly display: (i) the business name and address; (ii) the KPRA Sales Tax Registration Number (NTN); (iii) a unique receipt number; (iv) the date of the transaction; and (v) the total transaction amount.
Receipt age. Submitted receipts must have been issued within the fourteen (14) days immediately preceding the date of submission to be eligible.
Submission limit. A maximum of five (5) receipts may be submitted per person per day; any submissions in excess of this limit will not be eligible.
Authenticity requirements. Only original receipts issued by businesses eligible under the scheme will be accepted for entry. Altered, duplicated, or counterfeit receipts (including AI-generated receipts) will be rejected and may be subject to action under applicable laws.
Eligible businesses. During the initial phase, only receipts issued by businesses designated by KPRA as "Eligible Businesses" (as published on KPRA’s website) will be accepted for entry.
Verification and eligibility. Submission of a receipt does not guarantee eligibility for a reward. Only receipts that satisfy all Scheme requirements and pass KPRA’s verification checks will be considered for prize selection and/or award.
Consent to use submitted information. By submitting receipt details under the Scheme, the participant consents to KPRA using such information for receipt verification, compliance monitoring, and analytical purposes, in accordance with applicable data protection, confidentiality, and legal requirements.
Official communications. KPRA will contact selected winners only through official KPRA channels as published on KPRA’s official website and/or official social media accounts.
One prize per draw. A participant can win no more than one (1) prize in any single monthly draw.
No fee to claim rewards. No payment, fee, deposit, or charge of any kind is required to participate in the Scheme or to claim a reward.
No third-party collections. KPRA does not authorize any third party, agent, intermediary, or representative to demand or collect money on its behalf in connection with the Scheme.
Fraud reporting. Any call, message, or communication claiming to represent KPRA and requesting money or personal benefit should be treated as suspicious and reported immediately using the official contact details published on KPRA’s official website.
Right to modify, postpone, or terminate. KPRA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend/postpone, or terminate the Scheme at any time, with notice provided through an official KPRA notification and/or publication on KPRA’s official channels.

These terms and conditions are governed by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Sales Tax on Services Act, 2022, the rules, notifications, and directives issued by KPRA thereunder, and any amendments from time to time. Participation in the Scheme does not create any legal right, claim, or entitlement beyond what is expressly provided in the applicable official notification(s). KPRA shall not be liable for any error, omission, delay, or interruption arising from the submission, transmission, verification, or processing of receipt information, except to the extent required under applicable law. KPRA’s determinations regarding eligibility, verification, selection of winners, and prize disbursement shall be final and binding, and may be challenged only in accordance with the applicable laws of Pakistan.
