Taxpayers may submit a request to update or modify their particulars in the PTMS system by following the procedure below.
1: Online Application for Change in Particulars – PTMS
Submit a formal request by logging in to KPRA PTMS Portal using your credentials and submit an online application.
2: Application Request
Submit a formal request on official letterhead. The request can be submitted:
- As a hard copy
- Via email at [email protected]
3: Supporting Documents
Attach all relevant supporting documents, including:
- FBR registration/profile documents
- Any other documents supporting the requested change
