The ICT team of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority – KPRA gave a detailed presentation to the newly posted Director, Khalid Mehmood, on Thursday.
Deputy Director (Software and Database) ICT, Muhammad Asad, briefed the Director on the progress made by the ICT wing, particularly in the automation of systems and the installation of a modern #IT network within KPRA. He also outlined the #challenges faced by the team and shared their future roadmap for further enhancing technological infrastructure.
The Director appreciated the efforts of the ICT team, especially their achievement in developing essential software solutions in-house for the automation of tax administration, as well as the successful establishment of a high-tech server room within the Authority.
