Officials of KPRA ICT conducted an orientation session for the officers of KPRA on File Management System (FMS)

Officials of KPRA ICT conducted an orientation session for the officers of KPRA on the newly developed File Management System (FMS) by the IT Team for efficient, smooth and transparent movement of files within the authority utilizing Information Technology. The ICT team gave a detailed presentation and demonstration of the system to the officers and answered their questions regarding the system. Initially the File Management System will work parallel with physical file system and later on paperless system will be developed and launched within the office in the next phase.
